Be A Better You - Part 3




In part 2 of Be A Better You, I promised to share some key points on transforming yourself from the INSIDE-OUT. Are you ready to let go and really GROW?


Over the years, my life coach and mentor, Ralph E. Buchanan, has been instrumental in helping me transform my life. In the past, I was very timid and afraid to step out, challenge myself or try new things because I really didn’t know the real me. I never considered the possibility of a TRANSFORMATION or a change of life for me. I thought—what would this amount to and how much would this change cost me emotionally? This may sound familiar I am sure, because there are so many people out there who probably feel very afraid of change as well. But, I truly encourage you overcome your fears and EMBRACE CHANGE with all your heart—as I did!


Here’s the story. As a result of surrendering my will to change, my life coach’s mentoring is helping me to become a much better me—the me I believe I am meant to be. A me that is becoming more centered, focused, humble, brave, and confident in many areas of my life.


In one of my sessions with Coach Buchanan, he shared some awesome KEY POINTS on being more open-minded. The points listed below can help open the doors for a true heart change, a real transformation and growth in your life.


Key Points to Help Transform You

  • Be open-minded (willing to consider new ideas) that nothing is impossible when you believe for it.

  • Dare to be changed from the inside out, live a fruitful life and build your confidence and faith.

  • Keep your heart open and don’t be afraid to embrace new opportunities that may arise.

  • Be truthful and honest with yourself—this is the beginning of a real metamorphosis.

  • Renew (give fresh life or strength to) your mind and change your way of thinking.

  • Be committed and dedicated to allowing positive changes to reshape your life.

  • Be willing to be made NEW; resulting in a truly transformed life.


One of best ways I can suggest to help you utilize these key points is to start a JOURNAL. Journaling will help you track your progress as you take steps daily to make these points a reality.


Remember, we never stop learning and growing, so we should never stop living our lives to the fullest! Here's to becoming a better version of you!
